| Daily responsibilities to include: |

Maintain a technical proficiently and act a customer liaison (“help desk”). |

Make personal sales calls at the customer’s establishments on a regular basis. |

Introduce and demonstrate new products to the trade. |

Keep customers informed of all relevant company policies (credit, returns, etc.) |

Report any observed customer financial weakness to Credit Manager. |

Assist customers in pricing bills of materials. |
 |

Follow up all quotations, writing orders whenever possible. |
 |
Report competitive conditions and feedback from customer to management. |
 |
Cooperate with suppliers to secure mutual business through joint calls. |

Satisfy customers’ requirements for literature, catalogs, price sheets, etc. |

Follow-up with customers and vendors on billing resolution and returns. |
 |
Develop superior product knowledge to handle difficult customer applications. |
 |
Constantly seek new customers and opportunities. |
 |
Execute sales effort in an ethical and professional manner that will favorable reflect the reputation of both sales person and the company. |
 |
Analyze market conditions and /or changes in assigned territory. |
 |
Look for creative methods and techniques for supportive selling. |
 |
Work with PM to facilitate projects and follow-up on leads. |
