Mr. Cincotta is Chief Executive Officer at NESCO. With over 25
years of management experience in the electrical distribution market, he has
been instrumental in helping the company achieve its record year-over-year growth.
Mr. Cincotta is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the corporation in addition
to developing and executing its long-term strategy. He graduated from Northeastern
University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Small Business Management.
Reporting to NESCO CEO, Joseph Cincotta, Mr. Wilson leads the sales
and operations for NESCO’s Commercial and Industrial and National Acounts divisions. Prior to joining NESCO, Mr. Wilson has served in various management and executive positions with Sonepar, CED and Mass Gas & Electric. He received his Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater State College.
Mr. Cotter joined NESCO in October 2000 as Controller. In his current capacity
as Vice President of Finance, he is responsible for the overall financial management
of the company, its financial reporting, and treasury, as well as the company’s
computer and network infrastructure. Prior to joining NESCO, Mr. Cotter held
senior financial management positions at Radio Frequency Company, Surgilase,
and Bird Machine Company. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
at Northeastern University.
Ms. Maderia joined NESCO in September 1999, and as Human Resources senior director, she
is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, training, benefits,
payroll, and employee development. Prior to joining NESCO, she held various human
resource management and training roles with Filene’s. Ms. Maderia earned
her Bachelor’s of Art in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College. She has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institue
and is also a member of NEHRA (Northeast Human Resources Association).
