there was a critical delivery of large size cut and parallel that a customer needed. Greg contacted Ryder Transportation and convinced them that the right thing to do was to tow our vehicle to the customer's job site so we could deliver the material before taking the truck to the shop for repairs. Below is a picture of Needham Electric's truck being backed into the customer site by the tow truck.
